Moving heat from the air outside to warm your home and provide the hot water, Clivet heat pumps use a small amount of electricity to give a large amount of warmth. This reduces our reliance on fossil fuels, as well as providing a consistent, comfortable, warm home, with reasonable heating bills.
Clivet Edge Evo heat pumps offer:

System design
Our default system designs for heat pumps are designed to reduce commissioning time, give homeowners a no-hassle system with low running costs, and to increase longevity:
- low flow temperature - the lower the flow temperature the lower the running cost
- weather compensated - flow temperature reacts according to the outside temperature
- open zone - all emitters open as far as possible (low use of trvs and room stats)
- flow balanced - each emitter giving the right amount of heat to each room
- no parallel buffer where possible - increases efficiency be keeping flow temperature lower
- antifreeze valves (no glycol) - increases heat capacity, which keeps running costs lower
- Homely intelligent controller, or Adia system - reduces commissioning time, reduces running costs by reacting ahead of time to weather data, and changes in tariff prices.
