The team here at Firepower, the installers we supply, and the homeowners that they install renewable heating systems for all have a common mutual aim. The heating system needs to work properly, without hassle, with reasonable running costs, be reliable, and keep the home cosy and warm.

We're here to provide help, support and guidance before, during, and after the install. Often we may be in touch with both the homeowner and installer and we have found that this can be a key role that we take. In the very rare instances when issues happen this can also help us all to learn, diagnose, and fix any problems quickly and effectively. 

We also work with designers and architects, and we can provide most benefit when we're involved an early stage in the project to make sure various design considerations are factored in - from passive design considerations to increase passive solar gain, and reduce summer overheating, to making sure that heating systems are designed in such a way as to achieve very low running costs for the occupants.
