Firepower is a family business that imports woodburning and wood pellet stoves and distributes them to our national network of dealers and installers as well as providing support to users of our fantastic products.
You will be working within a small, enthusiastic and friendly technical and administrative team, liaising with our dealers, creating quotes, ordering and allocating stock, dealing with suppliers within the UK and Europe.
You will also help to support enquiries from Stovesonline, the retail facing side of our company.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, positive, intelligent, adaptable, and friendly with good interpersonal skills. Character is very much key to this job because you will be helping to build on our strong relationship with our customers.
You should be confident using computers, and open to learning to touch type.
An advantage, but not essential:
- Sales experience
- Training or experience in plumbing
- Knowledge of stoves / biomass
The role can also to some extent expand and adapt to suit your particular skills and interests so that we play to your strengths.
Our office is located between Totnes and Dartmouth so you need to live around this area.
