Technical sales advisor Scott, offers all types of technical advice on heating systems.

He will carry out heat loss calculations, design plumbing schematics and assist with troubleshooting. He'll be working along side the team ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, whilst focusing mainly on renewable heat sources.

Scott is in charge of Duroflame Pellet stoves and offers installer training.
